As we move forward, we don't have all the answers but just like you, we will continue to listen, reflect, do the inner work with in ourselves and in our own homes and find ways to be allies to those in the black community that are in most need right now.
You can be the change and an activist in the way that is authentic to you in the stage you are in - whether that is quiet and empathic or loud and bold.
It seems that all is needed and all is welcomed.
