Returns Policy


Due to some of our items being handmade, there might be ‘imperfections’ or ‘uniqueness’ is what we like to call it and it might not be what you thought. But we get it. Even though, each product, especially our upcycled line, might have a slight differences in the pictures, it can be hard sometimes to buy off the internet so not to fret.

We accept unworn and unused items within 10 days from the date of purchase. All items must be returned with the hang tags attached and all original packaging. Any merchandise without these items, or considered worn, may not qualify for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds are processed within 1-2 weeks of the date received but the actual refund may take longer depending on your bank’s processing times.

Please note, all returns are at the customer's own risk. Please ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging or if the item is lost while being returned to us. 


Late Returns

Any item returned after 10 days from order date is not eligible for a refund.


Items Not Eligible For Return

Please note that we do not accept returns of jewelry, final sale/last call merchandise, holiday merchandise or products that are specified as not eligible for return in its description unless they are defective or damaged. Returns are not allowed on any pop-up shop purchases or any purchases made through our third-party vendors.


Replacements of Defective/Damaged Items

If you receive a defective item or an item that was damaged in transit, we will happily replace the item with a new item - just email us. Please note, any items that arrive damaged from shipping must be reported to Madison Grace Boutique within 5 days of receipt of item. Due to our limited quantity runs with artisans, we do not guarantee an exact replacement but will notify you if that is the case. We are unable to replace items that were purchased through our third-party vendors.
